First Visit
Custodial Parent
You will be asked to complete our intake process ($25) prior to the first visit beginning. To view the intake forms, click here.
To schedule our free consultation (15 min.), email contact@newchoicevisitations, call (864) 655-5576, or text (864) 416-4457. Please be prepared to complete the above intake forms and pay $25 at the time of the consultation. During the consultation, your assigned visitation supervisor will meet with your child(ren).
We will contact the non-custodial parent after the consultation to schedule the first visit and will confirm the visitation date/time with you prior to scheduling.
During the consultation and first visit, it is the supervisor's job to attempt to connect with your child(ren) and help them have a positive experience with their non-custodial parent. We appreciate you working with us to ensure the most opportunity for success.
Non-Custodial Parent

To schedule the first visit, Prem will contact non-custodial parents via email using the email address prem@newchoicevisitations.com. We ask you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled visitation to complete this process and pay for your visitation and intake fee.
During the first visit, your assigned visitation supervisor may take notes, offer re-direction, or work with you and your child(ren) to facilitate connections. The supervisor is present to help you bond with your child, not judge you or your past.
Recurring Visit
Custodial Parent
After the first visit, non-custodial parents will be responsible for scheduling visitations. Once visitation requests are submitted, we will reach out to you to confirm dates, times, and locations.
Visitations will be a safe opportunity for your child(ren) to bond with their non-custodial parent. Please review the intake forms for a list of requests we have for you in preparing for each visit.
Non-Custodial Parent
After the first visit, non-custodial parents will be responsible for scheduling visitations. You will correspond with Prem, not your assigned supervisor, to schedule visitations. To schedule visitations, email prem@newchoicevisitations, call (864) 655-5576, or text (864) 416-4457.
Please review the intake forms for a list of policies and procedures regarding scheduling, paying for, and completing supervised visitations. If you are unable to follow our guidelines, your visitation may be canceled or ended.

Pay for Visitations
Unable to pay digitally? New Choice Visitations accepts payments over the phone at (864) 655-5876. Money orders or cashier’s checks must be dropped off 72 hours or more in advance of consultation or visitation. Cash and checks are not accepted. Payments cannot be accepted with child(ren) present.
